Queens, NYC Recruiter / Promoter: Paul “Coach Ptah” Bowen began his career in the entertainment industry of sports and music management, as a young music artist he was under the management of hip hop pioneer Late Lumumba Carson aka Professor X performing on city tours and opening up acts for music artist such as Brownstone, Ice-T, Father Mc, Public Enemy, Queen Latifa and Yarbrough and Peoples. Later Paul was inspired as an artist at Passion Studios in Brooklyn New York by his protégé to go behind the music scene and learn the craft of management.  At this turning point in his life he turned to his all time love of athletic sports. Working with New York City youth groups and recreational centers in basketball, negotiating scholarships and contracts to overseas markets, develop leagues, elite universities and colleges this is where he coined the name ‘Coach P’. His passion led him to co-find the New York City Skyriders an elite basketball organization that recruit, scout players and set up trails to the NBA, also organizing promotional events and celebrity games, there Paul managed operations, budgeting, promotions and scheduling for ten years

Brooklyn, NYC Recruiter / Promoter:In 1998 Mr. Best started the get them off the streets program by hosting a series of parties that got most community kids off the streets for a few hours on the weekends.  Mr. Best was also a part of the Take back the Park Program/Campaign geared to get drug dealers out of our children play grounds.  awhile Mr. Best and a good friend, Ms. Tonya Fleming  formed THE WE THE KIDS FOUNDATION in 2004. The WE THE KIDS FOUNDATION is geared to help at risk children in the communities to become productive, successful and respectful citizens.
